"Tonight, America heard President Trump's plan to restore American greatness.
"Republicans are unified in our promise to deliver common-sense solutions for America. It was an honor to hear from President Trump tonight, and I will continue to work alongside the Trump Administration to deliver wins for South Texas and our entire nation."

"As the granddaughter of Mexican farmers and someone who believes in the American dream, I really liked what President Trump said tonight about making our country strong again.
"In Congress, we are working to secure the border, strengthen the economy, and protect our grandparents' benefits.
"Meanwhile, President Trump is delivering on his promises: ending Biden's madness at the border so we have safe communities...eliminating unnecessary spending...and, together with Congress, we're going to lower taxes.
